Step 1 of 2: How to Extract Engine USR File
and get Sofa King Tuned!
**Ensure you have at LEAST 12 volts or you cannot read or write ECU/TCM. If less than 12 volts, please connect external charger**

Step 1 How to Download Vehicle ECU file:
1. USING ONLY THE OBD2 CABLE, plug one end into the SFT Touchscreen and the other end into the vehicle's OBD2 port. 2. Press "Tuning", it will prompt "Stock ECU file not present, read now?" Select "Yes". This will copy stock ECU files to device. |
Step 2 How to Extract / send the USR file to SFT :
1. USING ONLY USB CABLE connect the Touchscreen device to PC and open SFT Tuner Software - Allow device to update In the left column, select "download data". Press Start and to generate a ".USR" file Save USR to your desktop **Please Name the file using YOUR NAME, for example: John Smith STOCK ECU.usr |
