Reset Learned Clutch Adaptives / Perform Transmission Quick Learn

*WARNING* You MUST perform quick learn after resetting adaptives!
Reset the transmission learned adaptives values:
  1. Connect SFT touch screen tuner to vehicle
  2. Turn vehicle key to run position/push on button twice to "run".
  3. Select “My Vehicle” on SFT touch screen tuner
  4. Select “Reset adaption values”.
  5. Turn vehicle off and remove SFT touch screen tuner
  6. Proceed to Quick Learn,
How to reset transmission learned adaptives and perform a quick Learn after SFT TCM Tune
How to perform the  quick learn procedure:
From a dead stop and 1/3 throttle accelerate to 50 mph and stop. Repeat 2-4 times.
From a dead stop and 2/3 throttle accelerate to 50 mph and stop. Repeat 2-4 times.
From a dead stop and 100% throttle accelerate to 50 mph and stop. Repeat 2-4 times.

*From a dead stop and 1/3 throttle accelerate to 50 mph, ALLOW transmission to shift into 7th gear. Then COMPLETELY let off the throttle, coast until transmission downshifts from 6th to 5th. Stop. Repeat 2-4 times.*

Q: What if I don't have the touch screen?
A: You can still perform the quick learn procedure and it will help.
