If you visit the dealership for any reason:

You must flash your vehicle back to stock period! If you dont they will flash over your ECU changing your software number locking your current tuner making it unusable. If you didn't flash it back and this is the case you must send the touchscreen back and purchase a replacement tuner (https://www.sofakingtuned.com/store/p33/replacementtouchscreentuner.html#/) and the ECU update (https://www.sofakingtuned.com/store/p30/ecodieselupdateservice.html#/).
IF you did flash your vehicle back to stock prior to your dealership visit and you must connect your tuner back to your computer, load the sft software and select erase data.
- Once the data is erased just simple reread you ECU and send us the file after you purchase the ECU update service (https://www.sofakingtuned.com/store/p30/ecodieselupdateservice.html#/).
- If you get a NO Credit message just email support with your devices serial number to get more credits issued, it may take 1-3 business days to for the servers to update your device. Just connect and attempt to erase data until to is the credits have been uploaded
YES, if you are running a stage 2 configured vehicle will not be able to run stock so you will need to flash it stock once you arrive at the dealership and flash prior to making it operable again.
